Paper Camera is camera effects app that allows you to take an image and apply numerous effects to the image as you are taking it. i do know there are many apps out there that do that already. This one will it with a rather completely different twist.Basically it offers a replacement camera app to use and it takes a photograph and makes it seem like a drawing.
